The firm was founded in 1992 and places primary emphasis on residential real estate appraisals in the Southern Maryland Region including Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's and St. Mary's Counties. The firm provides professional appraisal and consulting services to the individual, institutional, and governmental client including; HUD/FHA, REO, relocation, refinance, mortgage, new construction, vacant land, farm, waterfront, historic, review, bankruptcy, foreclosure, diminution value, pre-sale, tax appeal, estate and PMI removal.
